The 3rd Academic Summit, organized by Yalova University International Relations Student Society (YUIT), held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. In the first session of the conference held at the İİBF 15 July Conference Hall, Prof. Dr. Tarık Oğuzlu of Istanbul Aydın University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, was the speaker with his presentation titled "The Second Cold War Winds in International Politics and Turkish Foreign Policy". In the second session of the day, Prof. Dr. Barış Ozdal of Bursa Uludağ University International Relations Department, delivered his speech with the title of "Changing Dynamics of Diplomacy". After these two speeches, our Faculty Dean and Head of Department Prof. Dr. Taner Tatar made a short speech and thanked the students and participants who organized the summit at the end of his speech.
The first session in the afternoon was continued with Prof. Dr. Halit Burç Aka of Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, Department of International Relations and his presentation titled as "International Security". Connecting online to the last part of the summit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Seren Yeşiltaş of International Relations at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, gave a speech on "Turkey's Defense Industry". After the question-answer part in the last session, the program ended.
