Erasmus+ Student Mobility in Our Department

Between 2012 and 2025, a total of 187 of our students spent one or two semesters of their academic studies at universities in Germany, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Portugal, Lithuania, and Romania within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. Poland has been the most preferred destination country among our students for exchange mobility.

Between 2014 and 2025, the total number of incoming Erasmus+ students to our department was 12. Students from Bulgaria, Hungary, Czechia, and Italy successfully completed their semester-long studies in our department.

In the Spring semester of 2022–2023, Aleksandra Ashikmina and Martin Ruzicka from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czechia) took undergraduate courses in our department within the scope of the Erasmus+ program. In the Spring semester of 2023–2024, Martin Zivota (University of West Bohemia, Czechia) studied in our department as an undergraduate student. In the Spring semester of 2024–2025, Tina De Biase from Italy (University of Bari Aldo Moro) attended graduate-level courses in our department. In the Fall semester of 2025–2026, Alfred Bartosz Stanek from Jagiellonian University (Poland) has been conducting his research in our department as a graduate student.


Erasmus+ Staff Mobility in Our Department (Teaching and Training)

Our department’s academic staff also actively participate in the Erasmus+ program. Between 2015 and 2025, our faculty members took part in Erasmus+ teaching mobility activities on nine occasions. In addition, our academic staff benefited from Erasmus+ training mobility six times. During the 2015–2025 period, our department hosted seven visiting academics from different countries within the scope of the Erasmus+ program and introduced them to our students through organized seminars.
