Final Registration for Substitute Students

* Originals of the documents required for final registration and their photocopies (provided that the originals are shown) or notarized copies will be accepted.

* Students who are entitled to final enrollment in graduate programs must submit their registration documents in person.

* Candidates can make the final registration procedures through the persons to whom they have given notarized written power of deputy in obligatory cases.

Documents Required for Final Registration for Graduate Programs

1.

Graduate Education Registration Form (To be obtained from the Graduate School on the registration day)

2.

Two (2) portrait photos

3.

ALES Result Document

4.

Bachelor's Diploma or Graduation Certificate for Master's programs

Equivalency certificate and translated certified copy of the Diploma received from abroad

5.

For PhD programs, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Diplomas or Graduation Certificates

Equivalency certificates and translated certified copies of Diplomas received from abroad

6.

Undergraduate Transcript for Master's programs

7.

For PhD programs, Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts

8.

Foreign Language Exam (YDS or YÖKDİL, ÜDS, KPDS or Equivalent) Result Document

9.

T.R. Copy of Identity Card with Identity Number

10.

Military Status Certificate for male candidates (must be received within the last 2 weeks as of the date of enrollment)

11.

Bank receipt of the tuition fee for non-thesis master's programs

(Tuition fee must be deposited to the student number at Vakıfbank Branch/ATM/Mobile.)
